It's also an article about the death of Dr. Chen Wen-Chen. In the article, Rep of Iowa, Jim Leach, said that it sent a very chilling message to Taiwanese in this country. The Kuomintang regime had an exceedingly extensive network of spies on American campuses. Some of the agents were paid, and some did it to curry favor with authorities.
